After seeing a huge need for support Restore Your Inner Balance was set up in order to help people in many different ways. We specialise in providing a multi one stop service that offers all aspects of career counselling, life coaching and professional CV writing.

Consultants are fully qualified in Careers Information, Advice and Guidance at levels 3, 4 and 6 as well as qualified in the practice of Life Coaching. We have excellent knowledge of Psychology and 10 years of practical experience in advising guiding and empowering individuals.
