At the end of a session we will provide you with a personalised action plan by email which will identify your objectives and the steps needed in order to achieve your goals. Having an action plan to look back on will keep you motivated, help you to visualise your goals more and will show you all the positive progress you have made.

Subsequent session appointments will be arranged over the telephone with you during your first appointment if you choose to select the multi session option.
